Listen: summer sounds in the new Magician mixtape

Jumping in on The Magician's mix-tape series at No.23 may make us a little late to the party, but never has there seemed a more appropriate day to do so.

The windows are open around the Gigwise office, the sun is streaming in and there are people in the street outside the office drinking beer and wearing shorts. Summer, it seems, is here.

The Magician is a German DJ who has been (clearly) delivering mixtapes for some time, packed full of perfect summer party tracks - and episode 23 is no exception. We saw him DJ earlier this year at a Kitsune Maison club night, and if memory serves us correct, he's one of the most exciting club DJs we've seen/heard in some time.

The Magician is yet to release a tracklisting for his new mixtape, but don't let that put you off. What follows is the most weather-appropriate 52 minutes of music you will experience today.
