Breaking barriers in global business expansion, Business Globalizer is earning a reputation as the one-stop solution for international company formation, high-risk payment processing, and business consulting.
Co-founded by Abdullah Al Mamun, this fast-growing firm is rooted in a story of determination, innovation, and dedication to supporting entrepreneurs around the world. Here’s a look at how Business Globalizer grew from humble beginnings to a leading force—and what’s next on the horizon.
From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader: The Birth of Business Globalizer
In 2016, Abdullah Al Mamun was handling corporate legal agreements for Verizon in New York when he recognized a major gap. For international entrepreneurs without a US presence, payment processing was a constant obstacle. He connected with a lawyer—Mr. Matt Robin—who would later become Business Globalizer’s legal partner, and the company took shape.
“I saw friends and colleagues struggle with payment systems, losing thousands because they couldn’t access services like PayPal or Stripe,” Abdullah shares. “So I set out to solve this issue, initially for myself, and then for others.”
With a playful challenge from his business (of another venture) partner, Mr. Masum, Abdullah secured their first EIN and put up a website on WordPress. The response was immediate—entrepreneurs worldwide were seeking reliable, accessible solutions. By 2018, Abdullah was fully committed to Business Globalizer, and in 2023, it became Bangladesh’s first IRS Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA).
“It’s been an incredible journey,” Abdullah reflects. “What started as a solution for a few has grown into a mission-driven company.”
Services That Make Global Business Accessible
Business Globalizer offers a full suite of services, simplifying global expansion for companies entering the U.S., UK, UAE, and Singapore markets. Abdullah notes that the services are designed to be accessible to all entrepreneurs, from forming companies to securing tax IDs and setting up high-risk payment options.
“We make things easy, regardless of our clients’ backgrounds or business scale,” Abdullah explains. “From EIN and ITIN issuance to high-risk merchant accounts, our goal is to provide tools for every entrepreneur.”
The company’s support extends to businesses facing challenges with standard payment options. Business Globalizer’s high-risk payment solutions have been a game-changer for companies like SoftKing, a Bangladesh-based tech firm that struggled to process payments across 90 countries. Abdullah’s team provided SoftKing with verified payment gateways, allowing them to scale operations.
“For SoftKing, what was once a barrier became a bridge to global growth,” Abdullah says.
The Personal Drive Behind Business Globalizer’s Success
To understand Business Globalizer’s growth, one must know Abdullah’s motivation. Growing up with a passion for philosophy and teaching, he dreamed of making a difference. His inspirations—Ali, Aristotle, and Imam Ghazali—shaped his thoughtful approach to his work today.
“Business is quite different from philosophy, but the desire to help others is the same,” Abdullah reflects. “I always wanted to make an impact, and Business Globalizer allows me to do that on a global scale.”
He credits his father’s advice to “explore, push boundaries, and find your own path” as foundational. This philosophy is now part of Business Globalizer, which Abdullah describes as “not just a service provider, but a partner in every client’s journey.”
A Client-Centric Approach That Sets Business Globalizer Apart
What differentiates Business Globalizer isn’t only its services but its commitment to clients. Abdullah explains that the company’s approach is hands-on and transparent, ensuring clients feel supported through each step of their business process.
“We don’t just hand over solutions and walk away,” Abdullah points out. “We’re with them from consultation to follow-up.”
This dedication has turned Business Globalizer into a trusted partner for companies worldwide. Stories like that of SoftKing reinforce Abdullah’s belief that Business Globalizer is creating positive, lasting change for its clients.
Future-Focused Vision: Goals for 2030 and Beyond
Abdullah’s vision for Business Globalizer extends beyond current services. By 2030, he aims to support a million entrepreneurs globally, helping them thrive in new markets. His goal is to provide affordable, seamless solutions tailored to the challenges of non-resident entrepreneurs.
“We’re just getting started,” he says with a determined smile. “My dream is to make global business expansion as simple as local business—accessible to everyone.”
Business Globalizer’s future also includes a game-changing Fintech bank slated for launch by 2026. This bank will specifically serve U.S. non-residents from third-world countries along with others, providing affordable transaction solutions for businesses of all sizes and volumes. By offering reasonably priced services, even low-volume business owners will have access to legally secure and convenient financial services.
“Our mission is clear: to remain ‘legally compliant, morally compliant’ in every endeavor,” Abdullah emphasizes. “Our job isn’t just to help businesses expand,” Abdullah emphasizes. “It’s to give entrepreneurs the confidence to pursue opportunities without borders.”
A Vision That’s Rooted in Client Success
Abdullah’s philosophy centers around building trust and transparency with clients. For him, true success is seen in clients’ growth stories.
“We’re proud to have helped clients transform modest businesses into thriving enterprises,” he says. “It’s more than business—it’s a commitment to make a meaningful difference.”
With this dedication to client success and a bold global vision, Business Globalizer stands as a dynamic force in international business support. And for Abdullah, the journey is far from over.
“We’re here to back entrepreneurs every step of the way. From launching our first U.S. company formation in 2016 to hitting the incredible milestone of 2,000 clients, we’re just getting started,” he says, with undeniable passion. “This mission has powered Business Globalizer from day one, and it’s only gaining momentum as we redefine what’s possible for businesses worldwide.”
