Pentatonix is an American a cappella group formed in Arlington, Texas in 2011. Originally consisting of Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Avi Kaplan, and Kevin Olusola (with Matt Sallee replacing Kaplan in 2017), they gained fame after winning NBC’s “The Sing-Off.”
