Esen Özyavuz, who performs as Kolera, is a Turkish rapper from Istanbul. She began her music career in 1998 when she met rapper Sagopa Kajmer, leading to several musical collaborations between them.

Kolera helped start the record label Melankolia Müzik and the studio Kuvvetmira. Her first album “Karantina Embryo” came out in 2005, with “Inziva” following in 2008. Her songs often discuss social and political topics, and she maintains a strong presence in Turkish hip-hop music.
