Skepta played a short live set last night in a car park in Shoreditch, fulfilling a five year promise that he made on Twitter. Check out the video and photos down below:
Around 4pm yesterday, Skepta tweeted that he would be performing from 8pm in Shoreditch's Hollywell Lane Car Park in London, as a flash party for the release of his new single Shutdown.
By 7pm, there was already a massive queue of fans, lining the streets. He played a half an hour show, performing 'That's Not Me' and the track which was the catalyst for the event, 'Shutdown' amongst others.
The crowd was rabid throughout, with hundreds of people turning up for the free show.
