The cult indie band have released for the video for new single ‘Be Who You Are’. Shot in Marrakech, ‘Be Who You Are’ is the first of three brand new tracks on the band’s new compilation album.
Ten years ago a little known indie band from Brighton would release a record that became a 5x platinum selling record. That album was called Inside In/Inside Out, and helped shoot the band to worldwide fame and success. Going on to do sell-out tours, and releasing a follow up #1 record, the band are returning for a 10-year anniversary tour.
Alongside the tour, the band will be releasing a compilation record of some of their biggest hits. Released on Virgin EMI Records, the compilation titled Best Of... So Far will feature classic tracks, unreleased demos, and three brand new singles.
‘Be Who You Are’ is the first single to be released on the record. The video, which is released today, was filmed in Marrakech and features the band playing in front of a sun-drenched landscape. Throughout the video, the band make references to their younger incarnation, as clips of the band a decade ago flash behind them.
Frontman Luke Pritchard said: "It's been the greatest pleasure to work, travel, fight, hate and love the best and most talented people I've met in my life. It's the greatest job in the world and we don't intend to stop any time soon."
The band, who made a triumphant comeback at Glastonbury 2014, will be touring the UK throughout the rest of the year. Festival shows are booked for Liverpool Sound City, Isle of Wight, and TRNSMT in Glasgow, with more to be announced soon.
