Scientists in Scotland have published a picture of what Doors frontman Jim Morrison would look like if he were still alive.
The singer, who died of a heart attack in 1971, aged 27, would have turned 65 today (December 8th).
Researchers at St Andrews University used computer software to manipulate an image of Morrison taken in his 20s.
The 'ageing' software highlights the natural effects of ageing, such as hair loss and changes to skin texture.
Scientists have previously created aged images of James Dean and Marilyn Monroe.
Morrison is one of host of musicians that features in Gigwise's Dead at 27 gallery. CLICK HERE to see the club's other members.
