Tori Amos shed a tear on stage at an ultra-intimate London show last night (December 2nd).
The 46-year-old singer was playing a one-off free gig at the Jazz Café in Camden when the emotion clearly got too much - see the photos below.
In high spirits throughout, Tori even recounted a story about someone in the crowd whose mother she used to take drugs with.
She joked: “There's someone here whose mum I used to take ecstasy with, and I thought oh my god! Well I took something with her, somewhere it was legal - I'm in enough trouble with the British government already."
A stunning show from start to finish, Tori was resplendant with just her piano and also took time to thanks her fans for queuing in the pouring rain.
The set-list was dominated by tracks from her festive album 'Midwinter Graces' interspersed with old favourites.
Tori played:
Lady In Blue
Concertina
A Silent Night With You
Dragon
Doughnut Song
Ophelia
Josephine
Rattlesnakes
Jeanette, Isabella
Mrs Jesus
Beauty Of Speed
Father Luicfer
Star Of Wonder
London Girls
Pink & Glitter

- You gotta love her. A truly unique artist.
- A living legend!
- There's some confusion going around. She never played Father Lucifer, she recounted a story about it but played 'Another Girl's Paradise'.
What an amazing show, I feel so lucky to have been a part of it. Even if it did involve almost 20 hours of queuing!
- the best gig i have ever seen, worth waiting all night for a wristband!
- How bad are her teeth?!
