A special celebration concert will take place in Wales ahead of this year's Ryder Cup golf tournament, it's been announced.
Welcome To Wales, at the Millennium Stadium on September 29, will feature an all-star line up of musicians and celebrities.
The concert will also incorporate the introduction of the Ryder Cup teams from Europe and the United States.
Carwyn Jones, First Minister of Wales, said: “The Ryder Cup will be a huge event for Wales and we are keen to ensure a warm Welsh welcome to visitors, this is an ideal way to kick-start proceedings and show the world what Wales has to offer."
The bi-annual golf tournament is set to take place at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport between September 28 and October 3.
Line-up and ticket details for Welcome To Wales are due to be announced at a later date.
