Tickets for this year's V Festival sold-out in less than two hours this morning, organisers have announced.
Fans inundated ticket agencies in a bid to buy tickets for the dual festival in Chelmsford and Staffordshire.
The event, which runs from August 21-22, will be headlined by Kasabian and Kings of Leon.
Cheryl Cole, Paul Weller and Madness are among the other acts set to appear.
Stereophonics, Doves and Calvin Harris are also on the bill for this summer's V Festival.

- Its about time agencies were stopped from buying huge amounts of tickets and then ripping genuine buyers off.
- Isn't it amazing how these tickets sell out so fast, then magically re-appear on third-party ticket websites and eBay at +50% immediately.
V organisers don't care, they sell to anyone.
They should introduce pre-registry with photo's on the tickets to stamp this out, like Glasto did.
- Ticketmaster cocked up right at the last minute of me queuing but managed to get them through Millennium in Blackpool where I live as they're an official agent.
- Had booked them by 5 past 9, wasn't missing out on seeing Kings of Leon, last time I saw them they were incredible
- Queued for 10 mins on ticketline andthen got chucked off the queue with 5 mins left to wait at 10 past 9, then got quite annoyed seeingthem on e-bay and viagogo straight away, if people don't wanna go, don't buy the tickets, let the genuine fans get them. Ticketmaster messed up last time I tried to book KOL tickets too, don't think I'll be using them again!!
