Jay-Z 'Teaching Beyonce How To Drive In New York'

Jay-Z has been teaching singer and wife Beyonce how to drive, it's been reported.

The rapper is understood to have been giving his other half instruction on the streets of New York.

"Jay and Bey normally go out mid-morning when it's quiet,” a source told The Sun newspaper.

"Their bodyguards are always in tow but they never ride in the car with them."

The source added that Beyonce was already eyeing up her first set of wheels, but wasn't keen on Jay-Z's recommendation – a Bentley.

"Beyonce wants something smaller and less pimpy,” the source said. "Money isn't an issue but she doesn't want to feel like she's driving a tank.”

As previously reported on Gigwise, Jay-Z will play a series of UK dates this summer, including a performance at the Wireless festival in London on July 4.
