- More Plan B
Plan B has thanked fans after topping the chart with his second album 'The Defamation Of Strictland Banks'.
The rapper-turned-singer took the number one spot following a close battle with Scouting For Girls, whose album 'Everybody Wants To Be On TV' had to settle for second.
Plan B, real name Ben Drew, wrote on his Twitter page: “A very BIG thank you everyone who bought my UK official #1 album – enjoy! enjoy! enjoy!”
Elsewhere on the album chart, Lady Gaga fell to number three with 'The Fame', while MGMT were a new entry at number four with 'Congratulations'.
The US duo's second album was one place ahead of 'My World' by Justin Bieber.
In the singles countdown, Usher topped the chart with 'OMG', while Scouting For Girls' 'This Ain't A Love Song' was at number two.
Professor Green's 'I Need You Tonight' and 'Acapella' by Kelis were both new entries at numbers three and five respectively.
