Lady Gaga Braves Torrential Rain On The Today Show

Lady Gaga braved torrential rain to perform on NBC's The Today Show this morning (July 9).

The singer was left soaked after singing of a medley of hits from her albums 'The Fame' and 'The Fame Monster'.

Around 18,000 fans are thought to have gathered around Rockefeller Plaza to watch the performance.

The heavy rain showers follow a period of unseasonally warm weather in the city, where temperatures reached a record high of 39.4C.

Lady Gaga is due to play the last of three concerts at New York's Madison Square Garden tonight.

On Tuesday, the star thrilled a sold out crowd, and used her performance to pay tribute to musicians who she had seen play at the venue.
