Local Natives have said that their expectations are high ahead of their appearance at this weekend’s Reading and Leeds festivals.
The US band are due to play on the Radio 1 Stage at Leeds on Saturday (August 28) and Reading on Sunday (August 29).
Singer Taylor Rice told Gigwise that the band, who released their debut album ‘Gorilla Manor’ in November, are slowly getting used to UK festivals.
“We’ve been learning as we go,” he said of the band’s summer appearances.
“There’s definitely a big expectation. [Reading and Leeds] are the very last shows that we’re doing on this trip so I think it will be a really special one for us.”
