Blink-182 closed this year’s Reading festival tonight (August 29) with a career-spanning performance on the main stage.
The US band, who reunited last year, played a lively set, which included a number of their greatest hits.
‘All The Small Things’, ‘Miss You’ and ‘Josie’ were among the tracks that were best received by the Reading crowd.
Singer and bass guitarist Mark Hoppus paid tribute to the clear and dry night midway through their performance.
“I’d like to point out for a second that it’s not raining for the like the first time in eight shows over here,” he said.
Ahead of final song ‘Dammit’, Blink-182 also praised the Reading crowd for being better than Leeds on Saturday (August 27).
Gigwise is coming live from both Reading and Leeds throughout the weekend so stay tuned for all the latest news, gig reports and photos.
