Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil is to be jailed for two weeks in a Las Vegas jail for drunk driving.

The 49-year-old singer was arrested after he was caught driving under the influence of alcohol in his Lamborghini in Las Vegas last summer.

In a plea deal worked out with authorities, Neil agreed to serve time at the Clark County Detention Center, followed by two weeks of house arrest.

He will plead guilty at Las Vegas Justice Court on January 26, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

"I have recognized that you can't drink and drive at all," Neil said. "I take full responsibility for my actions and will learn from this experience."

Neil was also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and vehicular manslaughter in 1984 following an incident with another vehicle.
