Ke$ha's 'Tik Tock' has become the biggest downloaded single of 2010, it has been revealed.
The single sold 12.8 million copies, three times more than Lady Gaga's 'Poker Face' in 2009.
'Tik Tok,' which charted at number four in the UK, beat Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance' and Eminem's 'Love The Way You Lie' to become the biggest downloaded single last year.
''As we enter 2011, digital piracy, and the lack of adequate legal tools to fight it, remains the biggest threat to the future of creative industries,'' IFP chief executive Frances Moore told BBC Newsbeat.
She added:"Great new legitimate music offerings exist all over the world, offering consumers a wide range of ways to access music.''
