P Diddy Sued Over Restaurant Car Park Shooting

P Diddy is being sued over a shooting that happened in the car park of his restaurant last year.

According to The Associated Press the rapper, who owns Justin's restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia, has been accused of failing to ''provide a safe environment'.

A&R executive Tony Austin is suing Diddy after he was shot multiple times as he sat in his car in the restaurant car park last year.

The suit claims that Diddy was fully aware of the "dangerous and hazardous conditions" at the restaurant, but failed to put protective methods in place.

P Diddy's lawers have yet to respond to the lawsuit.
