Cheryl Cole is set to work with David Guetta on her next solo album, it's been reported.
The Girls Aloud singer was apparently introduced to the French producer by friend Will.i.am, whose band Black Eyed Peas have collaborated with Guetta.
“Cheryl will be a top solo star in the US, if Will has anything to do with it. The man is so well connected, and he sleeps, breathes and eats music,” a source told the Daily Mirror.
“He has a studio at home in which he is trying out new sounds for Cheryl. He wants the best and is very picky.
“David is an old friend and has produced some of the best dance anthems of the past few years, so it’s a good place to start.”
Guetta has enjoyed huge chart success in recent years with collaborations with the likes of Rihanna, Snoop Dogg and Flo Rida.
He was also behind Black Eyed Peas' club smash, 'I Gotta Feeling'.
