Beyonce Joins Line-Up For Michael Jackson Tribute Concert

Beyonce has announced that she will be performing at Michael Jackson's forthcoming tribute concert, via a satellite link-up.

The singer will perform a cover of a Jackson 5 track via satellite link.

A statement about the performance, said: ''A unique, never-before-seen performance by Beyoncé of one of her favourite Jackson 5 songs will be shown at the concert. A lifelong Michael fan, Beyoncé really wanted to be involved in this tribute concert. Due to scheduling issues she can't be there in person, but this performance is not to be missed.''

Beyonce will join the likes of Leona Lewis, JLS and Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Smokey Robinson and Craig David at the 'Michael Forever Tribute Concert' on October 8 at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.

The gig will be organised in conjunction with Global Live Events, with all proceeds going towards US and UK charities.
