Guns N' Roses have come under fire following their performance at the Rock In Rio festival in Brazil.
The band, whose only original member is frontman Axl Rose, closed the festival on Sunday (October 2) amid torrential rainfall.
Reports from the concert said Guns N' Roses did not arrive on stage until 2.45am local time – two hours later than billed.
"Good evening, good morning," the singer said when they arrived on stage. "Please bear with us and give us a little second here to figure out what to do about not falling on our asses.
“I'm gonna try to focus on singing rather than running around like an idiot. I'm better at being an idiot. We want everybody to be careful."
Many reports also criticised Rose's singing voice.
Triple M said Rose “screamed like an old lady, threw his microphone around his waist, and caterwauled like a strangled cat” as he sang classics including 'Welcome To The Jungle' and 'Estranged'.
The band's reputation in recent years has been marred by their lack of time-keeping, including at last year's Reading and Leeds festivals.
Guns N' Roses are currently playing a host of dates in South America before embarking on a full US tour in November.
