Cheryl Cole has banned booze at the Christmas lunch to help out bandmate Sarah Harding, following her stint in rehab.
The singer, who is currently working on her new solo album, has laid down a 'no booze' rule at the band's reunion dinner.
A source told The Sun: "Cheryl is going all out. She has already ordered all the food and is determined to cook everything herself.
"She's doing the full works, turkey with all the trimmings, and the lunch table will be laid with crackers and other traditional Christmas decorations.
They continued: "But with Sarah having just left rehab, Cheryl doesn't want to make it into a drunken dinner so isn't planning on having any wine involved. It's just a chance for the girls to catch up with each other before Christmas."
Sarah Harding, who checked herself into rehab earlier this year after suffering from alcohol and depression, said she felt ashamed" and "embarrassed.
"The day I left for rehab, I was in such a mess. I've been told by those close to me that was when I hit my worst, Harding told Hello magazine.
