The Doors premiere new 'LA Woman' video

A new video for legendary rockers The Doors' 'LA Woman' has today made its online debut.

The new clip, released as part of The Year Of The Doors, celebrating the 40th Anniversary of 'LA Woman', features professional skateboarders Kenny Anderson, Alex Olson, and Braydon Szafranski taking viewers on what has been described as 'a “Doors-centric” skateboarding tour of Los Angeles.'

The video was directed by two-time Emmy nominee Matt Goodman and features a newly edited version of the track - the first edit ever to be released.

The video takes viewers across major LA landmarks and iconic spots from The Doors career from Venice Beach to Hollywood and features a number of cameos from individuals with ties to The Doors.

The Year Of The Doors began in January with the CD release of the 40th Anniversary Edition of LA Woman and DVD and Blu-Ray release of Mr. Mojo Risin’: The Story Of L.A. Woman. More releases are promised soon.
