X Factor judge Tulisa has claimed that her ex-boyfriend attempted to sell a sex tape featuring her to Playboy before he eventually distributed it online.

The intimate video became a huge story last week when the former N-Dubz star posted her own YouTube reply to what happened, explaining how much the actions of her ex-boyfriend MC Ultra had hurt her. She has been in court this week taking legal action against Ultra (real name Justin Edwards) and attempting to stop the distribution of the tape.

Whilst in court, it has been revealed that Edwards first tried to sell the video to Playboy in 2011. says she was warned in October 2011 that he was trying to broker a deal with the magazine.

According to The Sun, Tulisa says  "she was warned in October 2011 that he was trying to broker a deal with the magazine." Edwards denies these claims and said at the time that he had no copies of the video.

Edwards has since been issued with a £100,000 claim for damages by Tulisa's legal team for the alleged breach of privacy and confidentiality.

Yesterday it was reported that Tulisa was fleeing the UK after becoming paranoid at people's reaction to her since the tape leaked.
