Cheryl Cole reveals Girls Aloud planning November 'celebration'

Cheryl Cole appeared on Chris Moyles Radio 1 show this morning, telling her host all about her 'frenemy' Simon Cowell as well as the future of Girls Aloud.

Despite being on the show to promote her new single 'Call My Name', the chat soon veered into the many different areas of Cheryl's private life - including her relationship with Cowell.

It was reported last week that Cheryl is 'creeped out' by Cowell amidst the recent revelations about his sex life. However, Cheryl said today that the pair speak regularly since she was fired from X Factor USA, “We’re friends. Well, frenemies. Were they interesting conversations? Definitely. Extremely interesting. But I haven’t thought about working with Simon again. I’ve enjoyed this past year making this record and am glad I’ve had the time to do that.”

Meanwhile, on the topic of a potential Girls Aloud reunion, Cheryl said that the whole group were together recently.

“It’s our 10 birthday in November – we all want to do something to celebrate that so watch out. As women we needed this space to grow as people – but it’s been almost three years. We’re active as Girls Aloud, so watch out.”

Elsewhere in the interview Cheryl said she was never asked to appear on The Voice, called her love life 'non-existent' and revealed a secret love for reality TV show Geordie Shore.

Meanwhile, Rita Ora has revealed that she turned down the chance to record 'Call My Name' in 2011.
