N-Dubz star Dappy has been charged with affray after a fight in a Surrey petrol station in February this year.

The star will appear in Guildford Magistrates Court on 24 May, 2012 after being bailed following his arrest earlier this year.

The pop-rapper previously accused Surrey police of lying over his involvement with the incident.

"Apparently i got arrested 4 talking 2 someones girlfriend in a P station," he tweeted. "Surrey police, i beg u leak that cctv footage u showed me in that stinking interview room just 2 show the world that im completely innocent.

"Bunch of liars...Nooooo evidence u scums...F..k Feds..Love u fans x."
