US rockers My Chemical Romance are to start recording their new album next month, the band have revealed.
The band have now finished writing sessions for their next release and guitarist Frank Iero has said that they are now ready to begin recording of the record. In an interview with The Aquarian he revealed that the band were just 'a month away' from recording new tracks.
"I'm really excited. I can’t wait to start tracking," said Iero. "I think we're maybe a month away from the record button lighting up."
He also spoke highly of the band's new drummer, Jarrod Alexander, adding: "Jarrod is a rad guy and a fantastic player. It's been really fun making music with him these past few months. He loves coffee and hitting drums super-hard and the fact that he’s not a thieving piece of garbage is a breath of fresh air."
