Despite the lasting memory of Madonna flashing her breast at a recent gig in Turkey, the singer is keen to leave no trace of herself backstage at her shows, ordering her dressing rooms be sterilised once she leaves.

The singer, who is was recently rumoured ordered her entire home be recreated at every stop on her MDNA world tour, is said to order the rooms to be scrubbed clean of any DNA traces, to avoid any crazed fans attempted to grab a cellular souvenir.

The claims were made by the manager of the Portugese leg of her world tour, Alvaro Ramos, who revealed he is not allowed to even look inside Madonna's private chambers.

"We have to take extreme care, like I have never seen for any other artist. We cannot even look at the dressing room, after it is ready, or even open the door," said Ramos. "We can only enter after her sterilisation team has left the room. There will not be any of Madonna's DNA, any hair, or anything. They will clean up everything. In the end it is all to protect her and make her feel comfortable. I do understand it, but it is taken to extremes."
