The 'classic album' slot of London's LEAF festival will be taken by 808 State, who will play their album Ninety in its entirety, marking its 25th anniversary.
London Electronic Arts Festival returns in 2015 in a new location to present an array of electronic music, conferences and now film. New additions to the line up alongside 808 State include a collaboration with Time Out and Branchage Film Festival on the Beats On Film programme which will take place at Genesis cinema. This will include a screening of Bjork: Biophilia Live.
Each film is accompanied by Q&As from musicians, DJs and filmmakers, and throughout the festival there will be talks from artists like Nile Rogers, Chase and Status, and the founders of Arcadia . A particularly exciting addition to these talks is a live interview by Modeselektor of 808 State's Graham Massey.
The festival is billed as 'two days of electronic & live performances, parties, installations, masterclasses, screenings and happenings across London', and will take place from the 6 - 7 March 2015 at London's tobacco docks.
