Arriving on stage after the thundering bass of 'Ashes To Ashes' in tribute to David Bowie, the masked menace of metal storm the iconic Ally Pally, as the nine shows this hallowed historic hall how it's done.

"This could be the classiest room we've ever played," barks frontman Corey Taylor staring across the cavernous space. "I don't know if they'll ever let us back after what we do tonight."

Whether or not remains to be seen, but it was certainly a night that will not be forgotten.
