Oasis - The Gallagher brothers seem to have fallen out more times than they were together as a band. But we reckon an Oasis reunion is need in a few years. Have a brew lads and make up.
The Smiths - Another seminal Manchester band who should giv eit a go. Morrissey and Marr, once indie music's golden couple, still can't stand each other. Morrissey once said he'd rather "eat his own testicles" than reform The Smiths, "and that's saying a lot for a vegetarian."
Destiny's Child - Though they never officially broke up, but the break has gone on for far too long. It's time those ladies made another chart topping hit.
Sugarcubes -
Okay so most of Bjork's solo stuff surpasses the Sugarcubes' output, but what the hell, we reckon it's still worth a brief reformation at least.
The Kinks - One of the very few mega acts of the sixties that are yet to get their act together and reform. If they did, it would be a very sunny afternoon indeed.
Grandaddy - Never quite achieving the commercial success they truly deserved, the lo-fi American outfit were one of indie's best kept secrets throughout the nineties and noughties. Their split was quite recent, but it still hurts.
Slade - No, this isn't a joke. They may be tacky as hell and have a terrible dress sense, but if we hear Noddy sing "Come On Feel The Noise" or even "IT'S CHRISTMAAAASSSS!!!" once more, we'd die happy.
NWA - Dr Dre and Ice Cube went on to have globe-conquering solo careers, while DJ Yella went on to direct pornos - but none of this has a raw grit that compares to NWA. Well worth reforming, even without the late Eazy-E.
The Beach Boys -
Brian Wilson is with us in body, if not wholly in mind, and despite other band members still touring under the moniker, we really need the brain-frazzled one back.
Beta Band -
With their pasty Scottish looks it was difficult to believe that such an unassuming group would produce such mind-warpingly brilliant music. The Aliens and Steve Mason's solo stuff just haven't compared.
Pink Floyd - Their startling performance at Live 8 in 2005 only hinted at what we'd expect from a full reunion tour. Ditch the solo work and get back together. Please.
