Pete Doherty: From Libertine To Jailed Junkie

Oh what a shambles – During the final days of The Libertines the band name Babyshambles starts to crop up more frequently. Following the release of self-titled single earlier in 2004, the band – which consists of Pete Doherty, Gemma Clarke (eventually replaced by Adam Ficek), Patrick Walden (later dropped for Mik Witnall) and Drew McConnell – release ‘Killamangiro’ in December, which charts at number eight.
