Gigwise re-caps the year's most impressive artwork...

Gigwise’s end of year features continue with a look at some of the best album covers of 2010.

This year has seen another slew of intriguing artwork - ranging from Kanye West’s ‘My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy’, which featured five covers, to Black Key’s minimalistic ‘Brothers’.

Roxy Music’s Bryan Ferry also teamed up with Kate Moss for his solo effort ‘Olympia’, while a host of other names also worked with guest collaborators.

  • Like the worst of selection rather disappointing. Bryan Ferry's cover was hardly eye catching considering the myriad of poses that Miss Moss already has on glossy magazine. Foals and Delphic's efforts were just rather bland. Surfer Blood's album just didn't work and Tinie Tempha's was pretty awful - are you really saying that is a good cover??
