The clocks might not have gone back yet, but the games industry is already ramping itself up to keep us occupied through the long, dark knights.

Starting with today's (Sep 23) release of F1 2011, the most eagerly anticipated games of the year are about to be ours for the taking, from Football Manager 2012 right through to Modern Warfare 3.
