Burn baby burn: who's had a lucky escape from fire?

Graham Coxon made a lucky escape from a Westcountry hotel today (30 April, 2012) when the Falmouth lodgings he was staying in caught fire and the roof collapsed. But he's not the first musician to feel the wrath of nature's most violent force.

From musicians who have lost their tour buses, their homes and even their hair, stars of the stage have long battled fire. Many survive unscathed while others bear the scars, quite literally, for the rest of their life.
