Tom Meighan joins music's greatest ever rock dads

This week saw the announcement of the newest member of the Kasabian family, with frontman Tom Meighan’s girlfriend Kim giving birth to their daughter Mimi Malone Meighan a few weeks ago.

Meighan’s band mate Serge Pizzorno revealed the news after playing the Soccer Aid Charity event last Sunday (May 27). It wasn’t that long ago since Serge greeted his own child into the family late last year and Serge’s fatherhood is said to be what urged Meighan and his girlfriend to take the plunge, that and perhaps seeing the positive effect it had on their idols Noel and Liam Gallagher.

Fatherhood definitely seems to have a positive effect on many other rock stars today. From on stage talent to nappy changing skills, these rock stars find themselves competing with toddlers for the loudest scream.
