Alter Bridge, Main Stage, 7:10pm, Sunday 15 June: If you love a power ballad then you really can't go wrong with these guys. Seriously epic stuff, including some insane guitar solos, spiced up with a healthy dose of showmanship.
Rob Zombie, Main Stage, 7:20pm, Friday 13 June: With a huge focus on theatricality based around b-movies and horror, the film director and musician puts on one hell of a show.
Killswitch Engage, Main Stage, 4:10pm, Saurday 14 June: One of the biggest names on the metalcore scene, they have a back catalogue to be reckoned with, not to mention an awesome cover of 'Holy Diver'.
Monster Magnet, Zippo Encore Stage, 5:10pm, Saturday 14 June: These guys are still going strong with their brand psychadelic biker rock. One for a whisky drinking afternoon.
Linkin Park, Main Stage, 9:05pm, Saturday 14 June: They will be playing Hybrid Theory in full. Simply unmissable for a serious hit of nostalgia.
Opeth, Pepsi Max Stage, 9pm, Friday 13 June: One of the best live metal bands ever, period. They take extended tracks and focus on contrasting epic melodies with some seriously heavy sounds.
Trivium, The Zippo Encore Stage, 8:50pm, Sunday 15 June: The aesthetics of traditional and modern metal mixed into a powerful blend of rock goodness.
Sepultura, The Zippo Encore Stage, 3:20pm, Sunday 15 June: Mixing concept albums based on Dante's Inferno, these guys are a prevailing force on the metal scene.
Sikth, Red Bull Studios Stage, 9:55pm, Saturday 14 June: Another band who have been resurrected, they were so far ahead of their time that music has only recently caught up.

Black Label Society, Main Stage, 4:45pm, Friday 13 June: Ex-guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne, Zakk Wylde is a badass and a king of the monstrous riff.
Against Me!, Pepsi Max Stage, 6:05pm, Friday 13 June: One of the most forward thinking and outspoken rock bands currently on the scene. They pour their heart and soul into their music.
Radkey, Pepsi Max Stage, 3:25pm, Friday 13 June: These guys are the future of punk and masters of an incredible live show.
