Rock comes to British Summer Time in London
London's usually idyllic Hyde Park has become a haven for rock n' roll throughout July - and things were at their heaviest when rock gods Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath descended upon British Summer Time - joined by Soundgarden, Motorhead, Faith No More and more. Check out our exclusive photos from the day here.
Performing an epic and career-spanning set of metal classics, Sabbath posted a video message to fans, in which Tommy Iommi told fans he would 'see them on the next tour'.
"It's been great. We've had a laugh," he says in the video, which he posted on his Facebook page. "Thanks so much. I am at home at the moment, about to leave for Hyde Park... and I'm really looking forward to that. The tour has been marvellous. We've had a great year, and you couldn't wish for better. It's been phenomenal, and you've been phenomenal. And thanks for coming to the shows and being supportive. Thank you very much and we'll see you on the next tour."
If it's as phenomenal as this, we can't wait.
