This is about as a experimental and self-assured as debut albums come.

Their reputation sky-rocketed follow its release, they toured extensively before releasing their debut album Amphetamine Ballads. It's live that this dirty blues rock n roll band comes most alive, though. They have a fairly frightening high-octane mumbling Glaswegian front man leading the band. Huge stack amps ensure that even in the smallest venues it's loud enough to crumble the walls, and they leave fans feeling they've witnessed a classic slice of modern rock n roll.
