Glastonbury: Let's start with the big one then. Whilst Lionel Richie may be the only officially confirmed act for the iconic Worthy Farm event next year, rumours are fast hotting up about Foo Fighters headlining the pyramid, whilst the likes of Queen, Taylor Swift, Radiohead, Prince, The Libertines, Florence and the Machine and AC/DC also appearing on the strongly rumoured list...
Bestival: Rounding off festival season every year, Bestival seems like a long time away right now, but that hasn't stopped the speculation building for 2015. Considering their storming capacity set in The Big Top last year and the recent announcement that they would be headlining Standon Calling, we wouldn't be surprised if Basement Jaxx moved further up the bill, whilst returning greats like The Maccabees could easily fill the traditionally indie headline slot. It's also the perfect shout for Mark Ronson.
Latitude: Celebrating their 10 year anniversary in 2015, Next year's Latitude will no doubt be their biggest to date. Melvin Benn has already been teasing the headliners, saying all three had been booked, one of which was 'extra special', another had 'risen through the ranks' and another they'd been trying to get for years. The Cure, Bjork, St Vincent, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Paolo Nutini, Belle and Sebastian, Ride, The National are all the names being banded around right now. Maybe Two Door Cinema Club will return after they had to pull out last year?
V Festival: Without doubt one of the biggest pop festivals in the world, V always manages to get the biggest artists for its two day event, with the likes of Beyonce, The Killers, Justin Timberlake and a wealth of others headlining in the past. Thinking about acts that will be returning in 2015, Rihanna could be a very good shout to top the bill one day, whilst one wouldn't put it past someone like Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry or Kasabian making return appearances as well. Maybe we'll finally see Jay Z and Beyonce's joint tour hit the UK?
Wireless: One of the UK's best hip-hop oriented festivals, Wireless was hit with difficulties last year after headliner Drake had to pull out due to illness, with Kanye West having to top the bill on both nights. Needless to say then, one would imagine Drizzy would rectify this year's issues with a return to the festival, whilst Rihanna could be a wise bet for one of the other days.
Benicassim: Always offering one of the finest festival lineups in europe, no names have been announced for Benicassim yet, however if previous years are anything to go by, 2015 could very well see The Strokes return to headline, whilst the likes of Florence and the Machine, The Black Keys and Foo Fighters could also be good bets.
Sonisphere: Time is getting on and we've not yet heard anything about whether or not Sonisphere is happening this summer. Fingers crossed. If so, we'd put our money on System Of A Down, Tool, AC/DC, Gun N' Roses, Black Sabbath, Linkin Park or Rammstein
T In The Park: The daddy of Scottish festivals, we can expect some pretty big names. Rumours at the moment include Kasabian, Fleetwood Mac and Taylor Swift. That'd be grand.
Reading and Leeds: Metallica may already be confirmed as one of the headliners for next year's R&L, but speculation has been increasingly rife about who will be joining the metal icons. Much like Glastonbury it wouldn't be a stretch of the imagination to see The Libertines return to their spiritual home of sorts, whilst Kasabian would also be a solid shout after their storming summer this year. Curveball choices also include Kanye West, Mumford and Sons, Florence & The Machine, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
