Sleaford Mods outspoken frontman Jason Williamson slammed Kasbian on stage on Friday over recent comments made by Kasbian guitarist Serge Pizzorno.
During the gig at Camden's Electric Ballroom, Williamson launched into the tirade saying: "That c**t from Kasabian keeps saying rock 'n' roll is dead, it's fucking dead. He keeps saying 'where's all the rock 'n' roll gone?'.
"It's not dead, it's gone green and disappeared up my jap's eye. Fuck off."
Kasabian have been in the news a lot lately criticising the genre, with Pizzorno claiming that his band are victims of a 'conspiracy' regarding their lack of BRIT Awards nominations.
After announcing that they would be playing the Bafta Awards following their Brits snub, Pizzorno said: "It's a conspiracy. They're trying to shut rock n' roll out of [the Brits]. What sort of message does that send to working class rock n' roll bands which the industry is in dire need of?"
Williamson certainly doesn't seem to think so however.
