The band will return in May and June for some of the biggest UK shows of  their career - including a massive two nights at Wembley Stadium. They'll also be joined by Iggy Pop and Royal Blood at selected dates.

Sonic Highways by Foo Fighters is out now. 

The electro-pop band, whose hit single 'Rather Be' with Jess Glynne has been a radio favourite for the past year, will be kicking off their tour in Belfast in March.

They'll then travel to England to play the Cambridge Corn Exchance, and Birmingham's O2 Academy, before heading to Glasgow and then down to London via Manchester Apollo.

Sheeran's X spent eight weeks at the top of the charts this summer. Such is his prowess at selling albums that Warner Bros recently announced Sheeran will be in charge of his own record imprint.

It's been a deeply odd year for Snoop - for every musical high, there have been some terrifying lows (a spat with Iggy Azalea, collaborating with Psy, that 'Wiggle Wiggle' record). The avant-garde R&B singer will be playing three dates in the UK in February as part of a wider European tour. With his band The Vanguard, D'Angelo will play Birmingham Academy (February 17), Manchester Apollo (18) and London Apollo (20). He will hopefully be supporting the release of his long awaited new album, which is due late 2014.

Kevin Liles of KWL Management discussed the new album with Billboard: "...it's very melodic and there's an influence of all the things he loves: there's James Brown, there's Prince, and everything people grew up loving D'Angelo for, from 'Brown Sugar' to 'Voodoo.' It's a mixture and an evolution of where he is right now."

The Swedish pop duo, who saw worldwide fame in the 1980's will be returning to Britain and Ireland next summer for two very special show's at Dublin and London's respective O2 Arenas.

The pair of dates come as part of an extensive European tour, which will see the duo play in arenas all over the continent.

The indie icon will be rather busy at the end of 2014, choosing to play at both the Amersham Arms and the Macbeth for intimate shows run by jack Daniels and This Feeling. They will take to the stage at the Amersham at 10pm before rushing over to Hoxton to perform at The Macbeth just after midnight.

Brian May tweeted about the new shows: "Just to show we actually DO listen!!! There was a lot of demand for these extra dates, and this will make a great climax to the tour."  

This news comes as Queen + Adam Lambert are confirmed to perform live on ITV’s The X Factor on 30 November. The tour certainly seems to have reinvogorated Queen: May has mentioned that the 32 year old has given him and Queen a new lease of life, stating: “We have no plans to stop, we are going to keep going for as long as we can, forever hopefully.”

Queen released their new album 'Queen Forever' this week which features previously unreleased tracks with Freddie Mercury on vocals and a collaboration with Michael Jackson.
