A DVD of live footage from the gig is also included.<br /> <br /> The performance itself was described by the local press at the time as 'delicious irresponsible' and was the first rock concert held at the venue. Originally Lee owned 5% of the company as part of a partnership between his company and Dre's.</p> <p>Things took an supposed underhanded turn however when Jimmy Iovine and Dre organised a &quot;sham&quot; deal that effectively terminated the Monster and Beats partnership.
