The $33 million LA mansion has been renovated extensively, and the changes are worth $7 million. The expensive property was purchased in 1995 and features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Originally, the house did not have more than five bedrooms, but Iger expanded the house gradually until it turned into a mansion. Iger’s mansion now sits on land more than two acres in size, and the main estate occupies more than 7400 square feet.

The house now has a new fitness area with a newly plastered swimming pool and spa. The backyard of the house also features a two-storey stable as well as a storage building.

The renovations of the house also included changes like introducing a new staircase, new gates, and a single-storey living quarter. The large patio that is spread over an area of 940 square feet makes the mansion the ideal place for hosting a large get-together with family and friends.
