Walker Hayes, a realtor, decided to try something new when the star decided to sell his home. Normally, you’d just put up your house for sale and accept offers, but the celeb made a humorous clip where he’s trying to write a house-selling jingle to the tune of the famous song “Fancy Like” to let the world know he’s putting up his home for sale.

He had purchased this house with his Callaway Park Land trust.

What’s exceptional about this house, except for the fact that it was home to a pretty cool family? The 3000-square-foot Thompson Station home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has an open floor plan downstairs, a big kitchen with an eight-foot island, countertops, the latest amenities, and a wine cooler. Below the stairs, there is space for storage or to keep dog beds. Additionally, the home also has a music room/bonus room.

The Livid tone home has white walls and grey flooring inside. The flooring is made of hardwood and has upscale lighting and finishes. The gorgeous, spacious living room has a sparkling chandelier.

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and an attached bathroom with double vanities. The house has a yard with fencing and a deck with a hot tub and built-in grilling space.

Funnily, the song features the artist trying to create a jingle to sell his house, which was the idea of two prominent videographers Hayes’ realtor David Hackett approached.

Background of Walker Hayes

Walker Hayes was born on 27th December 1979 in Alabama, USA. His real name is Charles Edgar Walker Hayes. He has eight older half-siblings- four from his mother’s side and four from his father’s side.

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music from Birmingham College. Post-graduation, he worked with his father in his real estate company. He moved to Nashville with his wife in 2005 to try his luck in the country music business. He got a job as a songwriter and signed a contract with Mercury Records Nashville, which was dropped before he shifted to Capitol Records Nashville.

Both his singles “Pants” and “Why Wait for Summer” are a part of his “Reason to Rhyme” album by Capitol Records. Although his debut album didn’t do that well, he released a new record deal with Monument Records. He also appeared on an episode of “19 Kids and Counting,” in which he wrote a song about Jill’s husband Derek’s marriage proposal.

He also co-wrote a book with Craig Cooper known as “Glad You’re Here: Two Unlikely Friends Breaking Bread and Fences.” The book is about his transformation from atheism to Christianity. He was nominated for the American Music Award for his best-selling song “Fancy Like”.

Walker Hayes got married to his pretty high school sweetheart Laney Beville Hayes in 2004, and together, the couple have six children. Sadly, they lost their seventh child, a girl child, Oakleigh Klover Hayes, just after birth.

Wrap-Up: Walker Hayes House

That was the life of popular singer-songwriter William Hayes. His series of failures and successes overnight is an example of how success can knock at your door anytime. Hence, we shouldn’t be dismayed by our failures. The man went through enough share of grief and flops before he experienced the sweet taste of success. What is more inspiring is his attitude towards life, especially after the death of his infant girl. The singer is planning a tour with his family.

His gorgeous Tennessee home was put up for sale at around $750,000 after his realtor, David Hackett, approached two videographers to come up with a home-selling video.
