It's been over a decade-long wait, but The Libertines have finally announced the release of their third album, Anthems For Doomed Youth - and some special live events. See the artwork, tracklist and more details below.
After the band stormed Glastonbury this weekend with an inspirational secret set, the Albion boys are back - with the album they've been working for over a year while Pete Doherty recovered from him addictions in Thailand.
They will premiere the first new single 'Gunga Din' as Annie Mac's Hottest Record In The World on BBC Radio One from 7.30pm tonight (Thursday 2 July)
"Dearest one and all, the day has finally arrived, to announce the unveiling of the new Libertines record - Anthems For Doomed Youth," say the band. "We do so with the utmost pride and jubilation. She (the record) will be available on 4 September."
They then added: "It would be inappropriate for us not to mark this occasion with a celebration of the highest order, so we will be indulging in a week of folly around the UK in which you will all be invited to partake. Just by signing up via www.thelibertines.com, not even a record in your pocket, you will be the first to hear of these activities.
"You absolutely do not want to miss these announcements. It is hard to express the extent of our enormous happiness and gratitude for what we have achieved since regrouping, from Hyde Park to Thailand, to Glastonbury, it has been the most inspiring and fantastical of journeys for which we thank you all."

The album was produced by Jake Gosling, known for his work with One Direction and seemingly features a more optimistic tone than their past work.
"The Libertines have always been about anthems to doomed youth," said Carl Barat earlier this year. "I'm not entirely sure how happy the new songs will be lyrically, but the message is strong in the new songs. It's doomed youth overcoming hardships with optimism."
The album's release comes shortly after The Libertines return to the UK to headline Reading & Leeds festival across August Bank Holiday weekend, and will also see performances from Metallica, Mumford & Sons, Jamie T, Limp Bizkit, Royal Blood, Kendrick Lamar, Alt-J and many more.
