Get ready for the 'Fire', Kasabian fans - as the band have announced a huge homecoming show at Leicester City's King Power Stadium. Full dates and tickets are below.
The 'Empire' stars and past Glastonbury headliners have promised fans "to throw the city the greatest party they have ever seen" when they take to the King Power Stadium on Saturday 28 May. Tickets are on sale from 10am on Saturday 30 May, and will be available here.
"This has been an unbelievable year for the city and it seemed like the perfect thing to do this summer," added guitarist Serge Pizzorno.
The news comes as Leicester City FC are on the verge of winning the Premiere League for the first time in their history, currently ahead of Tottenham by seven points before they face Manchester United this weekend.
"There's such an energy in the city at the minute," guitarist Serge Pizzorno told the Leicester Mercury. "In a way it feels like we're almost centre of the universe. Everyone is watching. We've always wanted to play at the King Power and after this season... we had to do it."
He added: "No matter how it goes, we're going to need a place to all stand together and reflect on what's happened, because it is just unbelievable. In the stadium, with us playing our music. There is no better way. We're so proud."
Kasabian's last major UK gig was headlining V Festival back in August, having last stormed their hometown of Leicester when they played a historic gig at Victoria Park back in 2014.
Get ready for something huge when the band return with a new album - as Pizzorno claims the band are 'ready to play Wembley Stadium'.
