- More Calvin Harris
Eighties loving dance-pop type, Calvin Harris, has lost the master recordings of his new album in the baggage crisis at Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5.
The Scot had been working for seven months on the album and had only made one copy of the material, which he stored on his laptop.
Sadly for him (and joyous for many), while returning to the UK from America, his laptop went missing rendering the follow-up to ‘I Created Disco’ in serious jeopardy.
A spokesperson for his label Columbia said of the loss: “He has lost the only copy of the new album. It’s a big cause for concern - months of work have gone into that.
The airport has offered £750 in compensation, but the spokesperson commented "You can't really put a price on something like a new record."
His upcoming live dates, including next week's huge show at KOKO, will still be going ahead as scheduled. For tickets CLICK HERE
