Britney Spears has left a group of passionate fans disappointed after she allegedly spent just three seconds with them at a meet-and-greet which cost then $2,500 each.
RadarOnline reports that fans shelled out thousands to meet the 'Toxic' star backstage at her current Las Vegas residency, but were only allowed a window of around three seconds to have a photo taken before beind hurried away.
"Fans were told before the meet-and-greet that they were not to hug or touch Britney without her permission and they weren’t allowed to bring her any gifts," a source said. "And then once they finally got to meet her it was like smile, take a photo, goodbye. Each person literally got like 3-seconds with her."
They continued: "Fans were anticipating a flashy meet-and-greet with Britney but instead it was just awkward and uncomfortable. She barely spoke. She just smiled and nodded and said ‘thank-you’ a lot."

Meanwhile, Spears has also caused controversy after being accused of lip-syncing her way through 'the majority' of her Las Vegas show.
The 'Toxic' star began her two year, multi-million-earning run of shows last month at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino with her Britney: Piece Of Me show. Many of the audience (which included Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez) were left stunned by the high-octane show, however others were less than impressed.
"The singer appeared to be lip-syncing for the majority of her performance,” wrote the Los Angeles Times. "That went for high-energy dance numbers such as ‘Womanizer’ as well as slower-paced ballads like ‘Perfume,’ for which Spears took a seat onstage."
Meanwhile, Mike Prevatt from Las Vegas Weekly added:
Britney Spears may be the only "live" performer with the chutzpah to lip sync to a song where she used AutoTune.
