Prime Minister David Cameron has lent his dulcet tones to a new spoken word and music album to mark 100 years since the start of World War One, and will appear alongside EastEnders actor Danny Dyer on the new collection.
The new album brings together a number of celebrities, actors and influential figures to record music and recite poetry for the collection. David Cameron has also contributed, having recorded 'The Soldier' by Rupert Brooke for the album.
Aside from Dyer, other figures to appear on the album include Game Of Thrones actor Sean Bean, Stephen Fry, Sarah Millican, James Naughtie and Fast Show actor John Thomson.
Music has been contributed by The Royal British Legion, who have recorded wartime classics such as 'It's a Long Way to Tipperary', 'Keep the Home Fires Burning' and 'Pack up Your Troubles'. World War One began on 28 July, 1914, and this year marks the hundred year anniversary.
